Types of Homemaker Services

  1. Homemaker Cleaning

    • Focused solely on light housekeeping and laundry.

    • Includes regular safety checks and well-being monitoring while in the home.

  2. Home Management

    • Combines homemaker cleaning with incidental household management tasks.

    • Examples: arranging transportation, meal preparation, shopping for groceries or supplies, and simple home repairs.

    • Cleaning remains the primary service.

  3. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

    • Provides core homemaker cleaning plus on-site help with personal care tasks.

    • Examples: ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and toileting.
